The term reverse osmosis simply indicates that water is treated by applying pressure to drive it through a membrane while the membrane prevents passage of virtually everything dissolved in the water ---salt, metals, etc. The basic process has expanded over time and now includes membranes capable of removing salt from sea water (desalination) and membranes that are selective to hardness (NANO).
The two vital things needed to have a long life properly operating R.O. system is to know before the system is built the chemistry of the water to be treated and the pre-treatment required to insure long life. Our water testing lab can be a vital asset to the prospective customer as we not only generate the water analysis report but also computer design the system and provide accurate treated water quality information. As a full line manufacturer we also custom construct any pre-treatment for the system.
Pretreatment may consist only of cartridge filters that are built into all systems, backwashing filters, softener or ant-scale chemical feed. We will advise you which is the most economical for your system.

All systems that we produce are tested completely for hours prior to packaging for shipment. At least two people are involved in the final quality test to avoid any chance of missing a single protocol and the instruction packet includes a read out of test results.
